Upon our wall, we held our ground."Born of Ishgardian cold steel and the fires of Carteneau, the Ravens Nest banner was born, held high for all to see, cutting through the darkness like a beacon of light.For many years, Ravens Nest worked hand in hand with the Maelstrom as a private paramilitary organization tasked with protecting her shores and its people from those who wish to cause her harm. For many years, the Ravens enjoyed a fruitful relationship with the Maelstrom. Business was booming, and the money was even better until the war finally ended, and the Ravens found themselves struggling to stay afloat, even with their leader's deep pockets.Struggling as they did, the Ravens still stayed afloat...until one fateful day that would change the company forever when the Ravens found themselves homeless after an explosion in the kitchen shook their ward in the Mist and lit up the night sky as if it was the Moonfire Faire. Be it fate or bad luck and absolutely nobody's fault at all....the Ravens were forced to leave their home...well, what was left of it anyway, and ventured forward to start anew in Shirogane, where they now run their tavern and take jobs as freelance adventurers.We are a Company based around helping others. We come from humble beginnings and choose to remain humble; we aim to gather others of like mind and raise them to our level and beyond. We help others, and only then can we truly help ourselves. There is strength in numbers and further strength in solidarity. Our fellowship is something that few other free companies possess.
